As Financial Support Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team that helps residents achieve financial stability, reduce debt, and access essential services. The team works across community settings including libraries, GP practices, and children’s centres, providing income maximisation and financial advice that makes a real difference in people’s lives. This is a hybrid role, combining direct engagement with staff and residents with strategic oversight.
