Job Description:

As a Pricing Specialist at Coca-Cola HBC, you will play a key role in ensuring pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and transparency in financial reporting across our commercial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing pricing structures, discount schemes, and rebate agreements, while supporting month-end closing activities and financial audits. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Back Office teams to prepare insightful reports and ensure alignment between contractual terms and system records. This is a permanent full-time position. It is based in our Head Office in Sofia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create/change selling prices, on-invoice, off-invoice discounts etc.
  • Ensure compliance between customer contracts and system terms
  • Maintain steps in company period end activities related to pricing and Net Sales Revenue (NSR) analysis
  • Prepare reports to company stakeholders - Sales Managers, Marketing coordinators, Back Office etc.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports for pricing between contract terms and vendor invoices on a monthly base
  • Ensure all requested info for Internal/External audit in area of pricing and rebate agreements
  • Lead communication in terms of pricing with Commercial & Marketing Departments
  • Support external & internal company auditors in terms of NSR and pricing

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance / Accounting is an advantage
  • Experience on a similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong commitment to Financial control
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Good English skills – both written and spoken
  • Communicative and well organized person with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work within a dynamic environment and tight deadlines, self-dependency and self-motivation required
