We manage and partner on key Citi initiatives and deliverables, such as our quarterly earnings process and ensuring Citi’s compliance with financial rules and regulations. The team comprises chief financial officers who partner with each of our businesses and disciplines including controllers, financial planning and analysis, strategy, investor relations, tax and treasury. We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Financial Solutions Sr. Analyst, Assistant Vice President based in Taguig, BGC, Metro Manila. Job Responsibility

  • Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
  • Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
  • Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural expert representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
  • Combination of executing existing forecast processes as well as working with business and technology partners to identify and develop enhancements, improvements, and new functionality
  • This work will involve defining information and refining process requirements in partnership with Global Process Owners, Operations, and Technology
  • The job will entail supporting an active forecasting engine, and at times require balancing conflicting partner and platform priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
  • Experience with analyzing Actual and Forecast results, in particular Balance Sheet and Treasury
  • Seasoned experience working with large data sets
  • Proficiency with standard analysis tools (Excel / Access / SQL)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a keen ability to provide direct guidance and technology consulting
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
