Job Description:

Citi is seeking a Financial Solutions Lead Analyst to contribute to the Finance Transformation Strategic Ledger initiative, implementing Oracle cloud-enabled Global Financial Accounting and General Ledger solutions. The role involves engaging with technology teams, designing solutions, and supporting program activities such as requirements gathering, testing, and business readiness preparation.

Job Responsibility:

Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions
participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization, and architecture covering finance across Citi businesses, products, functions, and locations
provides input and guidance on functional design documents
engages with technology teams on solution development
supports functional lead in requirements gathering and solution design activities
supports testing and business readiness activities.

Requirements:

Good understanding of ERP suite of applications gained from previous implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud (General Ledger and/or Accounting Hub), EBS, or similar enterprise grade resource planning solutions such as SAP Business Suite or S/4 HANA
expertise in design, roll-out, and governance of financial solutions
ability to prepare high-quality business requirements and provide input on functional design documents
experience engaging with technology teams to develop solutions
experience supporting testing and business readiness activities
proficiency in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

Nice to have:

Product knowledge and best practice guidance on adoption of Oracle’s General Ledger platform
input to test preparation activities, training material development, and process documentation
ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
