Job Description:

The Financial Solutions, Design & Implementation Sr Analyst is accountable for supporting the delivery of the corresponding Consent Order milestones for Books and Records related to the Close process. This role requires understanding of the close process and how to interact with business and technology partners to achieve the objectives of the function.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions
  • work on the execution and roll-out of the Close governance processes
  • support the implementation of CO milestones partnering alongside milestone owners
  • work with different stakeholders across businesses and functions to drive execution
  • support various transformation initiatives and enterprise standards
  • participate in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process & controls, organization, and architecture
  • assist in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
  • settle and operate necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies for global Finance processes
  • assess and incorporate changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
  • design and implement business and regulatory solutions resulting from organizational commitments
  • partner with technology and production support counterparts to design solutions and financial applications changes
  • implement policies and procedures
  • perform multiple duties prioritization
  • act as subject matter expert to stakeholders
  • assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

  • Operational experience in closing or producing daily ledger results
  • general ledger knowledge supporting global units
  • project management skills
  • demonstrated transformational experience
  • advanced cross-cultural communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within the financial services industry preferred
  • communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others
  • ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
  • comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within a finance function
  • self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills
