Job Description

This is a dual function role that will see you handling a large amount of variety in your day to day. This is a newly established role, where you will really be able to take ownership and make it your own. The role comprises of managing a portfolio of vehicle lease contracts, as well as supporting the finance and lending team with credit risk and compliance. This role puts you right in the heart of it – vibrant city fringe spot, surrounded by cafés, shops, and all the hustle. Perfect if you like your workday with a bit of energy.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a portfolio of vehicle lease contracts
  • Keeping track of what contracts are expiring
  • Administration of extension and early finishes
  • Facilitating operations when leases finish for reconditioning and sale
  • Identifying opportunity for potential revenue and avoiding unnecessary cost related to the fleet
  • Supporting the Lending Manager in the lending process
  • Advising on lending risks and steps and processes to deal with those risks
  • Running credit and other related background checks
  • Support in daily business operations in the finance and lending team
  • Running reports and maintaining accuracy of records in the database

Requirements

  • Solid finance experience – lending, credit risk, compliance (CCCFA, AML)
  • Forward thinking and proactive attitude, able to juggle multiple deadlines and plan ahead
  • Some experience dealing with contracts would be ideal

Nice to have

Bonus if you know motor vehicle finance or insurance products (but not required)
