Financial Services Specialist

• Continuously provide high quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction within the specific scope defined by the PLA
• Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge and apply it independently to daily work
• Process internal and external client requests and ensure they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements
• Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and may make follow-up recommendations beyond their authority
• Build positive relationships with peers, participate in team meetings/events, and promote teamwork

• College degree or above
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time and ensure accuracy
• Flexibility in shift work

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above
