Job Responsibility

  • Account Management: Processing owner info, owner records, and payments
  • Billing & Collections: Preparing fee bills, assessing late fees, managing delinquencies
  • Customer Support: Responding to owner & resort staff questions about maintenance fees and disputes
  • Reporting: Preparing financial statements and records
  • Tracking daily transactions and logging accordingly to how the accounting team need for their monthly financials

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Time management and organization
  • Problem-solving and adaptability
  • Knowledge of timeshare operations (a plus)
  • Knowledge of SPI POS system (a plus)
