We are looking for a dedicated Financial Services Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a contract position requiring onsite work five days a week. The role includes opportunities for skill development through a company-sponsored training program, enabling candidates to earn Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Job Responsibility:
Participate actively in a structured online preparation program for Series 7 and Series 63 licensing exams, ensuring adherence to study schedules and comprehension of course material
Learn and apply company systems and procedures to educate clients and advisors on available services, enabling efficient self-service and resolving usability issues
Utilize available resources effectively to make informed decisions, ensure timely completion of tasks, and escalate concerns when necessary to improve customer satisfaction
Incorporate feedback from peers, coaches, and leaders to enhance processes, meet efficiency targets, and improve caller experiences
Address customer inquiries using various systems, providing accurate information and collaborating with internal partners to resolve outstanding issues
Process routine service requests and transactions accurately while maintaining a clear sense of accountability and ownership
Provide guidance on company policies, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions to improve client and advisor interactions
Collaborate with business partners to address customer needs, resolve issues, and enhance service delivery
Support skill development goals, including the attainment of Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, through disciplined study and training efforts
Maintain consistent communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service within a financial services environment
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other web-based applications
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, advisors, and internal partners
Ability to learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and systems
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle service requests and transactions
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while providing clear guidance to customers
Commitment to ongoing development through training and licensing programs
Familiarity with financial services products and licensing processes, including Series 7 and Series 63 exams
