Job Description:

Our mid-sized law firm client based in NYC would like to hire an attorney capable of working independently and handling commercial foreclosures and financial services litigation.

Job Responsibility:

Handling commercial foreclosures and financial services litigation
Working independently

Requirements:

At least four years of experience reviewing commercial loan documents to prepare foreclosure complaints
Reviewing f/c searches and handling motion practice related to foreclosures
Financial services litigation background
New York bar required
NJ bar a plus
5 - 7 years experience level

Nice to have:

NJ bar a plus
