Job Responsibility

  • Leadership & People Development: Lead and mentor the Finance team to drive high performance, managing recruitment, performance reviews, and professional development to ensure a culture of engagement
  • Statutory Financial Reporting: Oversee the integrity of the general ledger and the preparation of the Annual Financial Report and all statutory returns to ensure full compliance and meeting of deadlines
  • Management Accounting & Budgeting: Coordinate the annual budget and Long-Term Financial Plan, providing timely financial reporting and advice to support strategic decision-making
  • Treasury & Investment Management: Manage investment and loan portfolios, including sourcing funding and overseeing all banking software, signatories, and financial delegations
  • Asset & Systems Administration: Ensure accurate maintenance of asset registers and lead the continuous improvement and integration of financial software and system upgrades
  • Policy, Risk & Operational Oversight: Maintain robust internal controls and finance policies, while overseeing core operations such as Accounts Payable, corporate cards, and financial risk mitigation

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business with demonstrated financial management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel
