Our Financial Services Business Risk Services (FS BRS) team, provide clients with support on their internal audit functions, through the provision of tailored, flexible and cost-effective solutions, that provide access to industry best practice methodology, value add insights and subject matter experts.
Job Responsibility
Take ownership and lead on allocated assignments
Drive business development initiatives
Manage a portfolio of existing client relationships and build and maintain good working relationships with all clients and colleagues
Agree budgets for review with Partner and/or client
Monitor invoices raised and cash collected in a timely manner to ensure aged debtors don’t escalate
Lead client liaison meetings and attend audit committee meetings
Requirements
Professional qualification (CIPFA, CISA, CISM, CISP, or similar) with post qualification experience within the insurance or pensions market
Confident managing a large portfolio of internal audit engagement
Proven track record of driving business development initiatives
Professional practice experience
Track record of leading client engagements and ensuring their effective completion/quality
Demonstrable experience of leading and supporting business development/winning of new work
Oversight of team members and personal development of direct reports
