We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Services Assistant to support our advisors with day-to-day administrative and client service responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a financial services or related professional environment who enjoys working with clients, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-paced office.
Job Responsibility:
Support daily account-related transactions and administrative processing
Manage calendaring, scheduling, and meeting coordination for advisors
Handle daily client communications via phone, email, and other channels as needed
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Assist with general office and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
Collaborate closely with advisors and team members to support client service needs
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative, assistant, or client service role within a financial services firm or related industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of technical proficiency (comfortable working with multiple systems, software, and digital tools)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently
Professional demeanor and strong client service mindset
