Financial Services Analyst

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all accounts receivable tasks, including cash allocations, direct debits, and payments
• collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Trade Finance, and other internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues
• manage contracts and invoices, and effectively troubleshoot any discrepancies
• adhere to deadlines for monthly closings and various projects
• perform monthly reconciliations and generate required reports
• ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies
• prepare necessary documentation for audits
• present performance data during regular meetings with relevant stakeholders
• support the Commercial Lending team in collection efforts and the management of overdue accounts
• work daily with SAP, Azure, QlikSense, PowerBI, and RPA to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities
• identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• train dealers on the effective use of our Dealer Portal
• share system and process knowledge with the broader team
• build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
• foster positive cooperation with dealers, customers, and internal teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
• previous experience in finance or accounting is considered an advantage
• solid understanding of accounts receivable processes
• experience with SAP is beneficial
• proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
• fluent in both English and German is essential
• proficiency in at least one additional European language is a plus
• proactive attitude with an openness to change, and a focus on efficiency and digital tools
• strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• a flexible team player who can perform effectively under pressure
