Job Description:

Brook Street Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded Wealth Management firm in Belfast to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, client-focused environment where your expertise will directly support Wealth Managers and enhance client outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide proactive administrative and client servicing support to Wealth Managers and the wider team
  • Coordinate client annual reviews, preparing comprehensive meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documentation
  • Review compliance documentation, identifying gaps and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to implement client instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with back-office teams (including Dublin-based operations) to manage data updates, payments, and income processing
  • Conduct client call-backs to verify and action requests in line with compliance procedures
  • Handle sensitive processes such as deceased client administration with professionalism and strict regulatory adherence
  • Manage and track Letters of Authority within tight deadlines to ensure smooth client transitions
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all internal and third-party systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within financial services, ideally in a wealth management or financial planning environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection, along with associated tax considerations
  • Working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and client-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible, proactive mindset
