Job Description

We are seeking a polished and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support a busy financial services office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and provides essential administrative, scheduling, and operational support to the internal team.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet clients and visitors

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience (financial services experience preferred)

  • Ability to multitask in a professional, client-facing environment
