Job Responsibility:
Official face of Fidelity
Develop long-lasting positive relationships with clients
Subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions
Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
Offer support to Fidelity’s most valuable clients daily
Identify leads and make effective introductions
Act as a technology champion for the branch
Requirements:
Customer service, phone, or financial services experience
Banking, insurance, or financial experience
Willingness to learn FINRA licensing material and obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses
Superb interpersonal skills
Aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities
Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
Being coachable, collaborative, and curious
Nice to have:
Degree and/or other professional certifications
CFP certification
