Job Responsibility

  • Official face of Fidelity
  • Develop long-lasting positive relationships with clients
  • Subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions
  • Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
  • Offer support to Fidelity’s most valuable clients daily
  • Identify leads and make effective introductions
  • Act as a technology champion for the branch

Requirements

  • Customer service, phone, or financial services experience
  • Banking, insurance, or financial experience
  • Willingness to learn FINRA licensing material and obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities
  • Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Being coachable, collaborative, and curious

Nice to have

  • Degree and/or other professional certifications
  • CFP certification
