Financial Reporting Manager

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including drafting initial financials and MD&A
• Handle technical accounting matters, working closely with the team in Mexico to ensure appropriate accounting treatment across entities
• Manage the corporate budgeting process, including building budgets and monitoring budget vs. actuals with clear variance analysis
• Support treasury activities such as cash flow monitoring and overall liquidity management
• Work on corporate tax returns and support the implementation of tax planning strategies between Canada and Mexico
• Oversee day-to-day corporate accounting to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
• Act as the key liaison between corporate and the Mexico finance team, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
• Support and improve internal controls by reviewing processes and implementing enhancements where needed
• Ad hoc duties as needed

• Designated CPA
• 4+ years of relevant experience
