Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager with 5+ years experience and SEC experience. Public accounting or industry experience with publicly-traded company a must. Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, or a closely related accounting function
  • Background in public accounting or in-house reporting for a publicly traded company is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
  • CPA designation is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEC financial reporting and Exchange Commission compliance standards
  • Ability to analyze technical accounting guidance and translate requirements into clear reporting outcomes
  • Experience working with reporting systems or data tools such as Splunk is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively

Nice to have:
