Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to support a consumer products organization through a Contract engagement. This role will focus on external reporting, consolidation activities, and analytical review to help ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The ideal candidate brings strong SEC reporting experience, advanced spreadsheet skills, and the ability to manage reporting deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports, including support for Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings
  • Manage consolidation activities across entities and validate the accuracy of reported financial results
  • Perform detailed reconciliations to support external reporting packages and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances, explain key drivers, and support management reporting
  • Coordinate intercompany accounting review processes to ensure balances are properly recorded and eliminated
  • Use Oracle and Microsoft Excel to compile reporting data, maintain schedules, and strengthen reporting accuracy
  • Partner with internal finance and accounting stakeholders to gather supporting information and meet reporting deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial reporting roles with direct responsibility for SEC-related reporting
  • Strong knowledge of quarterly and annual filing requirements, including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K support
  • Hands-on expertise in financial analysis, reconciliations, and consolidation reporting
  • Experience reviewing and managing intercompany accounting activity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and schedule preparation
  • Familiarity with Oracle in a financial reporting or accounting environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a Contract position and deliver high-quality results within defined timelines
