Financial Reporting Manager – Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Leicester (Hybrid/Flexible) | Up to £75k | Immediate start required We are working with a fast-growing professional services business who are looking to hire a technically strong Finance Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis, to provide essential cover within the Group Finance team. This is a key role where you will take ownership of entity-level financial reporting and financial control, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close and high-quality reporting across multiple group entities. What you will be doing: Leading month-end close for assigned entities Preparing P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting Reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations Supporting statutory accounts and external audit requirements Ensuring compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies Managing a small team of Management Accountants Supporting group reporting, acquisitions and process improvements What we are looking for: ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally practice trained Strong background in financial reporting, audit or group accounting Good understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting Experience in multi-entity or complex group environments Available to start immediately or at short notice This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a business-critical role with exposure to group reporting, controls and acquisitions, within a fast-paced finance environment.
