Job Description:

We are assisting one of our clients on a confidential search for a Financial Reporting Manager/Senior Accountant who is looking for strong growth opportunities! This candidate should have strong data analysis, systems and operations improvement experience as they will be responsible for the reporting and financial analysis process including preparing financial statements and reports, audit and controls management, technical accounting, budget management, and assist with process improvement and internal control guidelines. This Financial Reporting Manager/Senior Accountant will also oversee international business units. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong technical accounting abilities, high attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate monthly, quarterly financial reports & statements
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Prepare quarterly earnings communications
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Build and establish strong client relationships
  • Complete trend and variance analysis
  • Perform financial forecasting
  • Monitor Compliance
  • Recommend areas for revenue generation
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, large international firm preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS a MUST
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience w/ international engagements
  • Systems aptitude (ERP systems, reporting tools, Excel)
