Job Description:

The Financial Reporting Manager/SEC will be responsible for the reporting and financial analysis process including preparing financial statements and reports, fixed asset management, grant accounting, budget management, and assist with process improvement and internal control guidelines. This role will also build lasting relationships with business partners and external auditors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate monthly, quarterly financial reports & statements
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Build and establish strong client relationships
  • Complete trend and variance analysis
  • Perform financial forecasting
  • Monitor SOX Internal Controls
  • Recommend areas for revenue generation
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • 5-25+ years experience in Financial Reporting
  • CPA and Public Accounting preferred
  • Financial services background a MUST
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
