We’re looking for a Financial Reporting & Controlling Analyst who is eager to take ownership, work closely with senior leadership—including the CFO—and play a key role in shaping the quality, consistency, and clarity of our financial insights. Job Responsibility:
Ensure financial data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
Collaborate closely with GL and cross-functional teams on allocations, transitions, and migrations
Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and run data integrity checks
Prepare high-quality financial and project reporting from multiple data sources
Deliver monthly management reports, including inputs for Business Reviews and CFO presentations
Ensure reported information is accurate, clear, and actionable
Support forecasting cycles and annual budget preparation: collect, validate, and consolidate data
Analyze variances and ensure data consistency across regions and systems
Explain key financial drivers and business movements
Serve as the primary finance contact for stakeholders within the Biopharma Strategic Unit
Provide recurring and ad-hoc analytical support, helping business leaders understand performance
Collaborate with teams across regions (e.g., North America, Turkey) and work closely with the CFO
Align reporting methodologies, resolve discrepancies, and drive unified financial standards
Identify trends, anomalies, and irregularities in financial and commercial data
Recommend corrective actions and process improvements to strengthen data quality
Lead initiatives to automate, standardize, and streamline reporting and controlling processes
Participate in ad-hoc financial and cross-functional projects
Requirements:
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years in Reporting, Controlling, Audit, or similar analytical finance roles
Solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles
Strong prioritization and ability to meet tight deadlines
High level of independence and ownership
Good command of English and strong communication skills (written & verbal)
