Job Responsibility:
Leading the team and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients
Manage day-to-day team operations
Support senior colleagues
Oversee the review of statutory financial statements, financial reporting for various entities, corporate tax services, and ad-hoc advisory work
Contribute to strategic growth
Coach junior staff
Support business development and commercial performance
Requirements:
Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent
Previous experience in a management role
Strong working knowledge of UK and international reporting standards (including UK GAAP and UK-adopted IFRS) and related financial reporting requirements
Previous experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
Business development experience - able to contribute to the identification and conversion of opportunities to services
