Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the team and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients
  • Manage day-to-day team operations
  • Support senior colleagues
  • Oversee the review of statutory financial statements, financial reporting for various entities, corporate tax services, and ad-hoc advisory work
  • Contribute to strategic growth
  • Coach junior staff
  • Support business development and commercial performance

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK and international reporting standards (including UK GAAP and UK-adopted IFRS) and related financial reporting requirements
  • Previous experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
  • Business development experience - able to contribute to the identification and conversion of opportunities to services
