Job Description:

Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for financial accounting and reporting tasks required by local regulators throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, performing controls over reports and submission in coordination with in-country Finance Team.

Job Responsibility:

Produce daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly regulatory reporting returns
Reconciliation of sub-systems to primary accounting records
Substantiation of accounting records for reporting purposes
Validation and adjustment of accounting entries in the reporting ledger
Active involvement in interpretation, tracking and implementation of internal and external changes in report production processes
Take part in reviews and developments of current processes to increase efficiency
Participate in new system/process implementations related to regulatory reporting requirements

Requirements:

University / College degree preferably in finance / accounting
1-2 years' relevant work experience
Financial accounting or regulatory reporting background
Knowledge of banking products and their accounting/reporting in IFRS
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
Highly motivated with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good command of spoken and written English
