Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. This role works closely with finance and business teams, using analytical insight and reporting tools to contribute to high-quality financial information and effective decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Commercial, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure aligned reporting activities
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and insights to support business and strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and enhance reporting documentation, controls, and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS and organisational accounting policies
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and anomalies
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain data accuracy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within a complex or regulated environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and produce accurate reports
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Qualified to degree level in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Practical experience working with SAP and preferably HFM systems
  • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of tools such as Power BI considered beneficial
