Airbus Commercial is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst and Digital Transformation (f/m) to join our Finance department based in Toulouse, France. You will join the dynamic Financial Reporting & Working Capital Analysis team actively participating in performance monitoring, analysis, and the design/implementation of highly automated dashboards and reports. This role of key business partner is a unique opportunity to be at the center point of Airbus Commercial, interacting with all Finance functions and acting as a key driver in implementing data analytics and cloud reporting solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Reporting Industrialization and Automation: Be the technical and functional leader for transforming the reporting cycle (Outlook and Actuals)
Deployment of Data Analytics Tools (Google): Be responsible for the operational deployment and integration of new data analytics tools
Digitalized Performance Analysis: Manage the analysis of monthly Actuals performance and provide recommendations for decision-making
Management of Finance Transformation Projects: Be responsible for leading the team on certain projects and initiatives related to the Finance Reporting digital strategy
Data Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Systems and Transformation teams to ensure the integrity, reliability, and traceability of financial data used in the automated reports
Requirements:
At least 10 years experience in Finance (audit, controlling, accounting, financial analysis, etc.)
Proven experience in implementing or using Business Intelligence tools
Proficiency in Automation and Cloud Reporting Tools
Significant experience with data visualization tools and cloud data analytics platforms
Strong ability to model data
Experience in reporting, planning, and/or consolidation under IFRS
Team player, proactive, solution-oriented, and highly agile in the face of technological change
Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into clear, strategic information for Top Management
Professional level in English
