Financial Procurement Director

• Develop and execute a regional procurement strategy that aligns with overarching corporate goals
• Continuously review and refine procurement policies and procedures to ensure they remain responsive to changing business demands
• Ensure division-level compliance in all procurement activities, maintaining a balance between operational efficiency and strong governance
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline procurement processes, improve contract management, and drive cost efficiencies
• Foster strong supplier relationships and actively monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and reliability
• Oversee procurement budgets, forecast spending, and lead initiatives aimed at cost optimization
• Leverage data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate procurement performance and uncover areas for improvement
• Manage sourcing and tendering processes for high-value goods and services, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferably candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry
• Strong financial expertise and leadership
