Job Description:

They are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly organized FP&A Manager to join their dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing financial support to the and ensuring they meet the business demand for commercial analysis, performance management, and sales operations-related finance activities.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and alignment of financial data with business operations
Conduct detailed financial analysis of the business, evaluating transactional data, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Revenue and Cost of Sales during the month-end close
Prepare insightful month-end reports to communicate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive remediation efforts
Review business cases and provide valuable financial input
Develop and propose commission schemes for sales roles
Check and review quarterly commission payouts
Maintain and update the business model for forecasting and budgeting
Develop forecasts and budgets based on key assumptions and facilitate review sessions with business leaders
Review financial terms in tender documents
Assist the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or Finance with significant experience in FP&A and financial modeling
Advanced Excel skills
Strong financial modeling capabilities
Proficiency in handling large datasets
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively and partner with Business teams
Comfort interacting with senior management
