We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Financial Planning Associate to join our client's growing team. This role combines elements of financial planning support, client service, and paraplanning responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting advisors and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Job Responsibility
Manage financial plan renewals and ensure plans are delivered accurately and on time
Collect, organize, and maintain client financial information and documentation
Prepare financial summaries, analyses, and planning materials for client meetings
Document assumptions, calculations, and planning recommendations
Follow up with clients to validate information and clarify financial objectives
Assist with research and analysis to support client planning strategies
Ensure all action items are completed in a timely and thorough manner
Document all client activity and communications within Redtail CRM
Coordinate and prepare materials, reports, and documentation for upcoming client appointments
Act as a liaison between the advisor and internal partners to ensure seamless communication and execution
Assist with incoming calls and ensure appropriate routing and follow-up
Attend and actively participate in team meetings
Support special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and consistency
Monitor deadlines and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service
Assist advisors with ongoing wealth planning initiatives and client relationship management
Participate in client meetings and document meeting discussions and action items
Screen referrals and prospective clients
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in financial services, banking, personal banking, mortgage lending, wealth management, client services, or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong client relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
CRM experience is a plus
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
