Job Description:

Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst role focused on Citi Retail Services Macy's credit card program, responsible for portfolio profitability, expense management, and financial reporting with significant interaction with partner finance teams.

Job Responsibility:

Finance portfolio AVP on Citi Retail Services Macy's credit card program
Interaction with Citi Retail Services Partner Finance and FP&A teams
Drive overall profitability and expense management
Generate key analytics and reporting for the portfolio
Partner with Macy's program staff to develop projections
Work with FP&A on program P&L analysis and profit share payment forecasting
Analyze profitability and sales performance
Support investment campaigns and strategic initiatives
Support preparation of financial packages for business reviews
Participate in month-end close process

Requirements:

B.S. in Finance or Accounting, Business, Mathematics
3-5 years of financial experience in credit card industry and/or financial services
Fundamentals of forecasting and planning
Experience creating financial presentations and reporting
Communication/presentation skills
Moderate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience using multi-dimensional financial database such as Essbase or Hyperion
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
