Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst

• Create financial reports and meet with finance team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior management
• The role partners closely with senior management, responsible for the overall financial planning and analysis for a particular product, including, but not limited to the Operating Plan/QMMF/CCAR/Outlook processes
• Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFO
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Develop analytical tool to track key business performance drivers / metrics, identify the potential opportunities or risks, and enhance transparency and accountability
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members for one or more products
• Is consistently able to collaborate effectively across various teams within Citi Finance

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated presentation skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic aptitudes, including the ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful analysis and presentations and assist with decision making
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
