We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing investment performance, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, investor reporting, and capital markets.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and evaluate financial trends and industry developments to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Design and maintain detailed financial models to analyze company performance and identify key trends
Deliver comprehensive investment performance updates and strategies to management and investors
Create impactful presentation materials and talking points to effectively communicate financial data and strategic initiatives
Collect and analyze feedback from investors to identify improvement areas and address concerns
Prepare reports on investment performance and investor sentiment for senior leadership review
Develop resources and materials to educate stakeholders on investment strategies, financial metrics, and relevant tax implications
Organize webinars, presentations, and reporting sessions to share insights and updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with organizational objectives
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role
Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models
Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment strategies
Expertise in investor relations and reporting
Demonstrated ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
