Job Description

As Financial Planning & Analysis Intern, you will help produce reliable and insightful financial data and reports to ensure Back Market’s financial health and growth and help structure our process. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to support the development of our budget and forecasts.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the preparation of monthly reporting including operational KPIs and the company’s financials, Board of Directors materials & other ad hoc analyses
  • Participate in the development of the annual budget and monthly forecasts
  • Assist the team with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentations, and projects (such as reviewing services pricing models or revamping financial tools)

Requirements

  • Student in Finance (or equivalent)
  • Looking for a 6-month internship in Bordeaux
  • English is no-brainer for You and French is a plus
  • You have excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to synthesize conclusions
  • You have a first experience (at least 5 or 6 months) in Corporate Finance and/or Audit and/or financial consulting
  • Excellent mastery of Google Suite (or equivalent) tools with Google sheets in particular
  • Team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership, and not afraid of working in a demanding hyper-growth environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
