Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to participate in financial research, analysis, and reporting, review key financial metrics, identify process improvements, and collaborate with teams to achieve goals.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in financial research, analysis, and reporting
Review and analyze key financial metrics reporting including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Research financial data for accurate reporting
Exercise independent judgment for medium risk deliverables
Present recommendations for financial projections and reporting
Develop expertise on reporting meeting brand and control standards
Collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers

Requirements:

2+ years of Finance experience or equivalent
Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Business Administration/qualified Chartered Accountant/ICWA
Experience working across geographic territories in Finance/Risk function in banking/consulting domain
Proficiency in process modelling tools (iGrafx, Visio) and workflows (JIRA)
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships
Proficiency in interpersonal, influencing, project coordination and communication skills
2+ years work experience in Risk and Controls or Finance in banking/consulting domain
Relevant certification in Risk and Controls with hands-on-experience in RCSA in banking set-up
Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Framework in Banking industry
Critical thinking and strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Strong comprehension/ability to learn technology tools
Shift: mid-shift (1.30 PM – 10.30 PM IST) with possible extended hours

Nice to have:

Relevant certification in Risk and Controls
Experience in RCSA in banking set-up
Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Framework in Banking industry
