Job Responsibility
Lead the financial planning function and set standards
Manage, mentor, and develop the planning team
Review and refine complex planning deliverables
Partner with clients and advisors on advanced planning needs
Improve workflows, processes, and team efficiency
Drive accountability, quality, and performance standards
Requirements
8+ years of financial planning experience with HNW clients
3-5+ years of leadership or team management experience
CFP required
Strong expertise in tax, estate, retirement, and cash flow planning
Experience with MoneyGuidePro or similar software
Proven ability to lead teams and enforce structure in a high-performance environment
