Ramp is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Financial Partnerships team with a dedicated focus on stablecoin-based payment and treasury systems. In this role, you will act as both a business owner and multiplier: working on core stablecoin services, ensuring secure and reliable integrations with external partners, and guiding Ramp’s evolution toward next-generation fintech solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Help define the strategy and roadmap for Ramp’s stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure
Help build & scale our stablecoin payment and treasury infrastructure through partnerships
Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product flows
Solve Ramp’s toughest fintech challenges with new technologies
Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and engineers across Ramp to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core products
Collaborate with product, finance, sales & marketing teams to define our GTM strategy
Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking or Product Management
Deep expertise with Stablecoin, Web3, cross-border settlement, and FX
Background in highly regulated fintech environments (e.g., payments, banking)
Experience closing and managing product partnerships, ideally related to cross-border money movement, banking and payments
Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, and good product sense
Drive to execute with speed
Experience defining API-based product experiences in collaboration with product and technical teams
Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
Strong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value
Nice to have:
Experience in high-growth startups
Experience within service partner/systems integration go-to-market motions
Experience with cross-border payments
