Job Description

Ramp is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Financial Partnerships team with a dedicated focus on stablecoin-based payment and treasury systems. In this role, you will act as both a business owner and multiplier: working on core stablecoin services, ensuring secure and reliable integrations with external partners, and guiding Ramp’s evolution toward next-generation fintech solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Help define the strategy and roadmap for Ramp’s stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure
  • Help build & scale our stablecoin payment and treasury infrastructure through partnerships
  • Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product flows
  • Solve Ramp’s toughest fintech challenges with new technologies
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and engineers across Ramp to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core products
  • Collaborate with product, finance, sales & marketing teams to define our GTM strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking or Product Management
  • Deep expertise with Stablecoin, Web3, cross-border settlement, and FX
  • Background in highly regulated fintech environments (e.g., payments, banking)
  • Experience closing and managing product partnerships, ideally related to cross-border money movement, banking and payments
  • Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, and good product sense
  • Drive to execute with speed
  • Experience defining API-based product experiences in collaboration with product and technical teams
  • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
  • Strong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value
