Job Description

Financial Operations team aims to deliver operation excellence of client transaction lifecycle and manage liquidity to support company business growth across the globe. As a Financial Ops Analyst, you will have extensive interaction with the Greater China business stakeholders and closely partner other Ops teams in Greater China and internationally.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor end-to-end client transaction lifecycle globally, handle enquiries, detect exceptions from data reports and dashboard in a timely manner, assist to communicate with teams and other departments to handle issues
  • Monitor clearing and settlement of client funds and global money pools
  • drive data oriented approaches to support upgrade liquidity management system and fund risk management, and treasury efficiency and utilization
  • Maintain team knowledge base and refine the standard operating procedures
  • support to explore operation optimization and process automation tooling
  • Assist to build up data oriented team performance metrics, quality assurance framework and tooling to monitor, detect, and remediate operational risk areas and control defects to minimize errors
  • Assist to set up compliant, accurate and timely reporting data capabilities based on external regulatory and 3rd party requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • more than two years experience in data or operation teams
  • ability to rapidly understand new products, goal/results oriented and stress resistant
  • strong communication skills and customer service consciousness
  • attention to details
  • good reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • experience with MS Office
  • technical skillset of SQL is required

Nice to have

  • Payment industry, banking, foreign exchange, and other related background experience
  • Python, and visualization tools of Tableau, Looker
