Job Description:

The Financial Operations team is a group of eight financial analysts whose primary role is to reconcile financial data across multiple systems, ensuring that balances in the general ledger (GL), internal subledgers, bank statements, settlement systems, and third‑party data sources are accurate, aligned, properly accounted for, and that all transactions are correctly settled. Our 12-week paid summer internship program is one of the ways we help early talent thrive at Elavon U.S. Bank. Throughout the summer, you'll have the chance to explore different career pathways, contribute meaningfully to projects across the company and build lasting relationships with teammates, peers and leaders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations
  • Assist with investigating and resolving reconciliation differences
  • Collaborate with team members to identify improvements
  • Search for and propose solutions that enable the automation of manual work

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Finance / Business / Economics Bachelor’s degree with a target completion date of May 2027/2028
  • General knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to start summer internship on 1 July 2026
