Job Description:

We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Job Responsibility:

Execute tasks according to closing schedules
Ensure timely and accurate issuance and registration of documents (e.g., invoices)
Deliver error-free financial reports (CAPEX/OPEX) within deadlines
Provide precise resource and logistics reports on time
Prepare meeting documents using corporate templates
Manage and control the budget for the area (CAPEX and OPEX)
Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders
Compile reports to support area management and decision-making
Develop and maintain project documentation

Requirements:

Academic background in Business Administration or similar
+ 2 years in Financial/Administrative areas
Good knowledge of Service Now
Knowledge in Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Driven to team work
