We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. This role is integral to supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of our growing distribution company. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to oversee financial processes, ensure compliance, and drive strategic decision-making through insightful analysis.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations or management
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
  • Experience in the distribution or wholesale industry is required
  • Strong proficiency in inventory forecasting and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with accounting tools and systems
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities for cross-functional collaboration
