Financial Officer

• Maintaining strong partnerships with Services Operations heads and business execution leads
• Partnering with other Finance stakeholders to assist business/function in meeting financial objectives
• Developing and maintaining understanding of Services Operations core mandate and strategic objectives
• Providing insightful analysis that contributes to performance based outcomes
• Supporting execution of the team's strategic direction
• Supporting various financial aspects including expense/headcount management, investments, productivity and client allocations
• Partnering with Services Operations leads to assess potential corrective actions for financial variances
• Providing financial reports and analytics to Services Operations leads
• Assisting in preparation of Quarterly Business Review materials
• Assessing risk when making business decisions
• Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• 6-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of and/or experience working with the Services Business
• Financial management experience including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analytics and analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
• Bachelors/University degree
• Master's degree preferred
