Job Responsibility:
Create financial reports, prepare analytics for business, finance and partner leadership, and summarize financial trends for senior management
Advise on directional strategy and provide guidance on business and product decisions
Analyze annual 3-year Strategic and Operating Plans and various other periodic forecasts and outlooks in partnership with business and financial planning and analysis teams
Perform financial forecasting, planning, monitoring and analysis of the Citibank co-branded credit cards business and portfolio
Analyze product profitability to provide guidance on business and product decisions
Provide financial forecasts for profit and loss (P&L) statement and analyze daily and weekly changes to underlying drivers such as credit card sales, new customer accounts acquisition, and net interchange
Track interest rates to calculate funding costs
Provide analytics of current and projected P&L performance and communicate to senior business management indications of business opportunities and risks identified
Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and senior management in order to optimize decision making
Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFO and business
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Requirements:
Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and 2 years of experience as a Finance Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Manager – Assurance, Executive - Assurance, or related position involving corporate financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and planning
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 4 years of the specified experience
Analysis of financial results
Financial reporting for both internal and external consumption

Revenue and cost drivers monitoring and analysis
Business opportunities and risks identification through P&L performance analysis
