Financial Officer Lead

• Advising and partnering with key function/business stakeholders for financial business decisions and plans
• Developing and maintaining understanding of Rates & Currencies, their core mandate and strategic objectives
• Providing insightful analysis that contributes to performance based outcomes
• Supporting execution of the team's strategic direction
• Maintaining strong partnerships with Rates & Currencies heads and other functional partners
• Partnering with other Finance stakeholders to assist business/function in meeting financial objectives
• Assessing potential corrective actions for variances to financial plans
• Partnering with COO teams on expense optimization opportunities
• Providing financial reports and analytics to Rates & Currencies leads
• Assisting in preparation of Quarterly Business Review materials

• 6-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of and/or experience working with the Finance Function
• Financial management experience, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analytics and analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
• Bachelors/University degree
• Master's degree preferred
