Join our team as a Private Credit Associate and play a pivotal role in sourcing, analyzing, and managing private credit investments. This remote position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals, leveraging your analytical expertise and exceptional communication skills to drive investment success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential private credit investment opportunities
  • Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage assigned portfolio companies, tracking performance and proactively identifying risks
  • Collaborate with deal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investment models, tracking key financial metrics and covenant compliance

Requirements:
