Job Description

As a Financial Markets Clearing Change Manager, you will drive complex clearing and regulatory change initiatives within the Financial Markets eServices domain. You will operate in a self-steering, agile team responsible for delivering end-to-end change across front-to-post trade processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness. This role focuses strongly on clear-to-trade flows, micro-hedging models, and portfolio migrations across multiple asset classes. You will own epics and projects from planning through delivery and transition into business-as-usual, working closely with Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external clearing parties. The assignment runs for 2+ years, is based in Amsterdam, and follows a hybrid working model.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-end ownership of clearing and regulatory change epics and projects
  • Drive initiatives related to clear-to-trade, micro-hedging, and portfolio migrations
  • Perform impact and gap assessments across systems, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure alignment with MiFID II, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank regulations
  • Manage complex stakeholder landscapes across business, control functions, and external clearing houses
  • Create and maintain high-quality project, regulatory, and delivery documentation
  • Work with international teams, including alignment with US-based clearing and regulatory frameworks
  • Apply Agile ways of working, participating in stand-ups, refinement, and planning sessions
  • Ensure structured handover of delivered changes to BAU / processing teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of clearing experience within Financial Markets
  • Strong knowledge of asset classes (e.g. rates, FX, derivatives) and their clearing implications
  • Proven experience delivering portfolio migrations
  • Solid understanding of clear-to-trade processes and micro-hedging concepts
  • Strong regulatory knowledge of MiFID II, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank
  • Experience working with or alongside US clearing and regulatory systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
