Job Description:

As a Business Navigation & Operations Manager you are part of the store management team. The management team reports directly to the store manager. You will also be the direct manager of the Business Navigation & Operations Specialists and the indirect manager of the complete Business Navigation & Operations team.

Job Responsibility:

Translate the national strategy in a store business plan
Inspire, motivate and engage your team fully in reaching goals and generating growth and long-term profitability
Keep a full overview of the profit and loss (P&L) for the store
Identify solutions and ideas to make the store quicker, leaner and simpler
Ensure effective use of staff through the use of productivity measurements
Guarantee the achievement of targets for maintenance, safety, as-is corner and cash registers
Explain goals, set expectations, provide clear direction and give open and honest feedback
Empower your managers by delegating responsibility to help them grow and develop

Requirements:

Several years of leadership experience
Experience of setting and implementing action plans and budgets, and following up goals
Understanding of profit and loss and how to affect its result through actions
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Interest in home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home
Modest, open and honest in collaboration with others
