We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insight across a growing, performance‑driven organization. This role partners closely with operational leadership and plays a key role in strengthening financial discipline, visibility, and decision‑making within a complex, execution‑focused environment. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, a hands‑on leadership approach, and the ability to enhance financial processes while supporting operational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead core finance and accounting functions, developing and mentoring a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
Act as a strategic partner to operational leadership, supporting planning, performance analysis, and execution of key initiatives
Prepare, review, and present recurring financial statements, forecasts, and management reporting to support timely and accurate decisions
Own the annual budgeting process and maintain forward‑looking forecasts aligned with organizational objectives
Monitor cash flow and working capital while identifying opportunities to improve margins and overall financial performance
Oversee invoicing, collections, and receivables management to improve cash conversion and reduce outstanding balances
Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial risk management practices
Evaluate and enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on risk management, insurance, and tax‑related financial matters as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management within a complex operating environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles, contract‑driven financial reporting, forecasting, and risk assessment
Demonstrated success in budgeting, variance analysis, financial oversight, and performance monitoring
Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting large data sets and supporting audit or forecast activities
Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities
Prior people leadership experience with a track record of developing teams and driving accountability
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels
High level of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and flexibility to support business needs, including occasional travel
