Help lead the company’s financial planning and performance analysis with a strong emphasis on data integrity, advanced Excel modeling, and hands-on analytical work. The Manager of FP&A will operate deep in the numbers—owning complex spreadsheets, building and maintaining financial models, and translating large data sets into clear insights that support senior leadership decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes using detailed Excel-based models that serve as the foundation for financial decision-making
Build, maintain, and enhance complex Excel models that integrate data from multiple sources to evaluate performance, trends, and key drivers
Perform deep variance analysis and KPI tracking, using structured datasets to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of operational changes, cost initiatives, and strategic investments, supported by data-driven analysis
Prepare executive-ready financial summaries, dashboards, and presentations derived from underlying Excel and data models
Support capital planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivity modeling using detailed financial assumptions
Continuously improve the structure, efficiency, and scalability of Excel models, reporting frameworks, and data workflows
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of financial data across all planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
advanced credentials (MBA, CPA) are a plus
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a highly analytical finance role with significant hands-on modeling responsibility
Advanced Excel expertise, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and structured financial models that house core planning data are a plus
Experience working with large datasets and reconciling data across systems and spreadsheets
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail
